You might ask, what makes a community? Well, people make a community in are case. People that share the same interest in something make up a community. You may be 4'11 and another person may be 7'2 but you both "Love" the color blue, so technically you both are part of a community in a way.
Same goes for people online. for example I am part of plenty of communities on the web like millions of others. here goes a few.

AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A COMMON INTEREST WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT IS A COMMUNITY EVEN IF ITS ONLINE. THERE IS SO MUCH IN COMMON WITH ONLINE COMMUNITIES AND PHYSICAL COMMUNITIES!

i know there are very few differences between real communities and virtual communities. But i still enjoy a person to person conversation sometimes over a virtual one.
